We get better understanding of job description and candidate profile for accuracy of delivery. The JD will be deliberate among the recruiters team for removing the doubts before initiation. A recruiter shall be assigned to coordinate with the client from inception to source the profiles, support the client for shortlisting, coordinating between the client and candidates for scheduling interviews and ensure the position is closed properly satisfying to the stakeholders - client, candidate and ourselves. In the whole process, our core values of Quality, On Time Service, Trust & Transparency upholds the ethics and everlasting professional relationship.
Our obligation
In the hiring and outsourced staffing process, Shraddha takes utmost care in verifying the credentials of the candidates to the best of its knowledge and efforts. However, it is the responsibility of the Client to verify the credentials of the employee sourced by us. Shraddha shall not own responsibility/liability for the same. The scope of Shraddha is limited to sourcing and/or in case of staffing verifying the credentials and including the identity, address proof, educational qualifications etc. based on the testimonials provided by the candidate. If clients demand professional background verification, the same will be initiated by Shraddha through third party vendors.
